Why learn CPR? (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

We believe that CPR is a fundamental skill that everyone should be taught. Not only is it the most important skill anyone could learn, but it promotes well-being and helps to reduce the volume of people who die from sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).

SCA does not only happen in hospitals, it can happen to ANYONE at ANYTIME. It often has little or no warning, and can also affect previously fit and healthy individuals.

The most effective treatment for SCA is CPR and Defibrillation . Without these lifesaving measures the likelihood of survival is dramatically reduced.

According to figures, only less than 1 in 10 people survive a SCA and survival rates are much higher in Scandinavia where CPR is taught at a young age as part of the national curriculum.

We are passionate about improving these figures through our expertly delivered training in the comfort of your workplace, to minimise disruption to your service.
